Dipesh M. Penkar is a qualified Company Secretary and Lawyer carries experience the field of Compliance, policy designing and academician with over 14 years of professional exposure across education industry in dynamic roles. He holds substantial experience in faculty leadership, having served as a Lecturer and Visiting Faculty at various institutions for more than decade. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law Graduate, M.Com., and UGC-NET (Commerce) qualified. Also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College, Mumbai. With a unique blend of governance expertise and regulatory policy experience, he had worked with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). He has interest and broad understanding of Geopolitical landscape of national as well as international canvas, Economics, corporate laws, Capital Market, Securities Laws.
